We’re really
growing now. Imperial Oaks has just gotten
bigger, with the addition of more than 400 acres
to the master
plan. Located east of Imperial Oaks Blvd.,
this new acreage brings Imperial Oaks to approximately
1,400 acres overall, with a master plan that calls
for 3,600 single-family homes when the community
is built out. This new land will allow Imperial
Oaks to broaden the range of new homes and recreational
amenities offered to residents.
Signature
Kroger coming Early 2008. The Kroger
store, which will be located at the Northeast
corner of Rayford Road and Imperial Oaks Blvd.,
will be the most updated, high profile store in
The Woodlands-Spring area covering 82,000 square
feet. Also included will be approximately 23,000
square feet of additional retail space and a fuel
center. We are anticipating an opening date by
early 2008.

Learn
our ABC's. K-4th grade students are now
attending the first school in Imperial Oaks. An
on-site Conroe ISD flex elementary school, located
at the Northeast corner of Aldine-Westfield and
Northridge Forest Drive. The 15-acre wooded site
was donated to the district by the developer of
Imperial Oaks.
We
take fun seriously. With a master plan
that devotes more than 100 acres to recreational
amenities, Imperial Oaks is serious when it comes
to creating places for our residents to have fun.
In 2005 we opened another amenity to the
long list at Imperial Oaks. Our new resort-style swimming pool, with water amusement
features, is located at the Imperial Oaks
Residents Club.

Center. With
so many new

taking place
at Imperial Oaks,
we decided to open a new on-site Information
Center to help
keep home buyers,
Realtors and
residents
informed. Inside this new center, you’ll
find informative exhibits on the community and
surrounding area, along with brochures and other
materials. Located on 31120 Imperial Oaks Blvd.,
the Imperial Oaks Information Center is
open Monday through Thursday 10am – 4:30pm.

Property Management. The
property management
company for
the Imperial
Oaks homeowners
association
now has an
on-site office
in the Information
Center, to
provide homeowners
with even faster
service. To
supplement
and complement
the
functions of
the existing
homeowners
association,

Oaks'
residents in
utilizing the
resources of
the community.
